| Details: | I called Jeffery about the missed sample in June. He was not aware of the need for three samples. I did some digging through our emails and it looks like we never received an email to notify them. There was an email in a chain that was dated May 18th, 2020, directed to Alyson and Rebecca, but it doesn't look like they ever received it. |
