Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Coliform: Did not report any for the 1st and 2nd Qtrs 2009 DETAILS: Called Joe Wanamaker to schedule a Water System Survey and inform him of the violation for the failure to collect a routine coliform sample for the 1st and 2nd quarters 2009. I also reminded him to collect a nitrate sample for 2009. Joe indicated that PYXIS LABORATORIES-REDMOND was suppose to have collected the sample and he is not sure why they did not coolect one since he thinks they recently collected a nitrate sample. I informed him that I can collect a coliform sample when we complete the survey. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3rd quarter coliform sample.
