| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Coliform: Did not report any for the 2nd qtr 2009. DETAILS: Called Karen Simmons regarding the missing coliform sample for the 2nd qtr 2009. Karen thought she was suppose to collected the sample 10 days before the end of the quarter and I informed here that the sample result needs to be received by the 10th of the month following the end of the quarter. I explained that it is best to collect the sample at the beginning of the quarter and not the end. ACTION NEEDED: Collect coliform sample for the 3rd qtr 2009. | ||
