| Details: | SUMMARY: New TC Alert Listed DETAILS: Called Chris Piccioni, as Russ K had done two days ago. After the TC positive sample taken 7/14, EWEB took 4 repeats on 7/15, all of which came back negative. Chris said she has faxed the negative results to Portland DMCE. However, she had faxed the initial positive test result twice, since she had used the wrong form the first time. That is likely the cause of this new alert posted today, with a sample date again listed as 7/14. She expects that the sample numbers will show that there was only one positive result, taken on 7/14, and the following ones were all negative. If this is the case, the duplicate results and any triggered violations/extra sampling schedules should be removed from SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: Sending this information to Roberta Lindgren and Michelle Van kleek for follow up. | ||
