| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: I called David about submission of phase 4 & phase 5 results. He is using Columbia Analytical Lab in Kelso. State has heavy metals results but not rest of phase 2 and phase 5 testing. Copper and lead is not current. Rads have not been done. Nitrates due this year. Arsenic testing is OK. David called on 6/11/09 and said he would be in on 6/11/09 in the morning and would bring results. If so, I will mail to state for him. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
