| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: I contacted James on 3/10//09 and reminded him to do 5 routine samples in April due to a previous detection. James misunderstood and only took 1 routine sample in April but he did take an additional 5 repeats in April also the required amount of monitoring was done it was just labeled improperly. The system is back on track now and the required 1 routine for May was taken 5/19/09 ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
