| Details: | SUMMARY: Nonreporting coliform DETAILS: During last survey I noticed the operator was taking 2 samples per month. I told him to just go back to one. I had not noticed that the schedule required 2 samples per month. I spoke the operator and explained that his system has received SNC points due to my mistake. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to go back to taking two samples per month due to monthly population. | ||
