Details: SUMMARY: coliform alert DETAILS: Phone call to system operator to discuss sample. Operator has no ideas why sample failed. We discussed repeat sampling. Due to lab logistics, repeats will be taken next week. Gary also is short on sample bottles. I offered to bring him some on my way home. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats ASAP
