| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate MCL DETAILS: Exceeded MCL on 6 occasions since 2007. On June 18, 2009, Delbert Bell and I visited and delivered information packet with requirements and options for corrective action. Rosia was not at the restaurant upon our arrival, however she visited the Health Department the next day. I spoke with her regarding the requirements, options and deadlines as detailed in the packet. I also gave her contact information for both Chiloquin Municipal Water and Jeld Wen water systems in case they choose to haul water from one of those water systems, with permission. ACTION NEEDED: Must develop a plan of corrective action by August 15, 2009. If cant do this by due date, then enforcement action with the state will begin. | ||
