| Details: | SUMMARY: The system incurred violation 4106 as a result of failure to submit a coliform sample in June 2009. DETAILS: I spoke with water system operator Dave Terrusa. He explained to me that they inadvertently considered their LT2 raw water sample as the routine coliform sample for the month. The violation has been returned to compliance by submitting a sample in July. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is required at this time. | ||
