| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation 33713 was incurred as a result of failure to submit a coliform sample in June 2009. DETAILS: I spoke with Ray Boyd who informed me that the sample was missed due to lack of a consistently available water system operator. They are currently in the process of hiring a contract operator to oversee the system. This will eliminate the possibility of communication errors resulting in missed samples. A coliform sample was submitted in July. As a result this violation can be returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is required at this time. | ||
