Details: SUMMARY: Violation 24531 was incurred as a result of failure to submit a coliform sample in the month of June. DETAILS: I spoke with Sandy Griffin. She informed that a sample was collected and that she is sure the result was submitted on time. Sandy is going to resend the result. ACTION NEEDED: The coliform sample result for June needs to be submitted to the DWP.
