| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform & E.coli DETAILS: Called Mary and left message about positive sample from 6/25/09. I told her they need to take 4 repeat samples ASAP. If any are positive they would need to be on a boil water notice. 3:00 Mary called and left message indicating the system has been boiling water for years because of bad samples in the past. She said she will take 4 repeats. 4:30 - Called Evan Hofeld at the state to inform him of the boil water. Will follow up when repeat sample results are received. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeat samples. | ||
