| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead & Copper sampling locations changed DETAILS: Some historic sample sites are no longer available due to departures and resident refusals. Dawn says the system has no copper piping nor lead solder from before 1983, nor between 1983 and 1985. Informed Dawn that new sample locations can be from anywhere, though they should be physically dispersed (not clumped) through the facility. Discussed need to complete Form 141-A, Sampling Site Identification and Certification. ACTION NEEDED: E-mail form 141-A to Dawn and provide web link to EPA-816-R-02-009. | ||
