| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I discussed with Bill positive coliform. He said likely contaminated the sample because of tab left in the lid seal on the sample bottle. He took on repeat sample which was coliform negative. I discussed this with Michelle at the state and they were unwilling to declare the 1st sample void but did allow the repeat sample as one of 4 repeats even though all are supposed to be taken the same day. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
