| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: It was noticed that since the approval not one test result has been submitted to the state. I called to talk with Marion Bell who was out of town for approximately one week. I talked with her brother Tom who stated that tests are being taken but he is not sure which lab is taking the test. I told him that the lab needs to be notified that this system is on the Drinking Water Program allowed to release the lab information and provide the lab with their ID number. ACTION NEEDED: Marion will call lab when she returns from her vacation. | ||
