| Details: | Phone message to facility regarding latest water quality test. facility missed quarterly test then submitted what appears to be a test from the well head. facility will take 3 repeat samples from the distribution and one from the source (well). facility was also instructed on taking distribution samples not from the well. Facility contact - facility takes sample from distribution point after tanks near well and labels it well, suggested change to hose bib or other to note distribution sample vs source samples. facility noted its history doing this but will try to change. facility will also take repeat samples and source sample due to positive bacterial test. |
