| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Spoke to owner as well as alternate operator, Donald Toftum. They did not take the 4 repeat samples because the lab would not accept the samples on a Friday. They did not submit alternate repeats the following week because they assumed that they would not be accepted due to the fact that they were taken more than 48 hours later. All residents were called but boil water advisory was not published. We discussed to do this ASAP and fax a copy of it to out office to verify its completion. The owner and operator were reminded that the boil water advisory was still in effect until the 5 routine samples were submitted and found to be clean this month. We discussed the 5 routine samples to be taken in May and the operator assured me that they were to don the following week. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to ensure no further positives are detected and monitor boil water advisory is submitted. | ||
