| Details: | I spoke with the operator who informed us she has taken proactive steps and shocked the well twice, letting the water run out for 4 hours between shocks. She was emailed the Level 1 Investigation Form with instructions to complete within 30 days and follow up next month with 3 routine samples. The operator reports a potential cause may be the well had never been shocked and chlorinator was installed incorrectly. | ||
