| Details: | SUMMARY: IOC alert DETAILS: Roger was unaware the system had high sodium confirmed 5/12/09. He said he was told the operator of the system uses salt for iron removal and Roger believes that Delta Labs took the IOC tests right after the salt was applied to the well. ACTION NEEDED: Recommended a confirmation sample and notify Delta of the dates and times that salt is applied to the well for the iron removal so that the high sodium can be avoided next time. | ||
