| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Discussed with Charmayne required 4 repeat samples to submitted with 24 hours. Repeat samples submitted Friday May 8, 2009. 3 of the 4 were positive coliform. She believes the presence of bacteria I she result of a problem with the source or the pipes. They will take corrective action as soon as problem is discovered. ACTION NEEDED: Three of four repeats were positive. A public notice was issued and attached to file. System will review schematic and narrowing down possible causes for bacteria. System will be shock chlorinating and submitting additional samples. | ||
