| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform DETAILS: Received alert Monday May 11, 2009 and immediately phone messages were left with the city at 7am. At 11am a voice mail was left for Bruce Biloeau. Tuesday we contacted staff in person. Later that afternoon Bruce contacted us by phone. He reported that 4 repeat samples had been taken already. He said that they had been miss labeled as routine samples. He was informed of the error and also informed that 5 additional temporary routine test samples would be required in the following month. ACTION NEEDED: continu to monitor for compliance. | ||
