| Details: | SUMMARY: coliform alert DETAILS: Phone consult on 5/12/09 with Lisa regarding positive coliform and E.coli samples on 5/8/09. Lisa stated she stopped using the water supply (soda machine and coffee) when she was informed of the results. She believes the sample was not taken properly or the problem occurred when the system filters were changed. Four repeat samples were taken immediately and all were absent of coliform. No treatment was done to system and five routine samples next month were discussed. She started to use the water for soda and coffee after she was informed of the 4 repeat absent results. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples next month. | ||
