| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: A positive RT sample was taken on June 25, 09. I forwarded the alert and message to Steven. He was on vacation and was not back in town until mid-July. The time had passed for repeat samples. The system has not been regularly taking samples. I had sent information about sample collection. This was not followed when the sample was collected. So - I made a field visit to review the system and take follow up routine samples. Five samples were collected (one source, 4 spigots). The results were 4 negative and one positive test result from one of the homes. The spigot for the initial positive came back negative (due to sampling error initially). The latest positive was an outside spigot which was not good for sample collection. The sample was marked as Special. ACTION NEEDED: I informed the PWS to take one additional RT sample in June - then to go back to the regular schedule. | ||
