| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive sample DETAILS: A total coliform positive sample was collected on July 7, 09. A repeat sample was collected on July 13, 09 from the same location and was negative. A field visit to the system included looking at the well, chlorination system and distribution system. Three more repeat samples were collected and one source sample. All four samples were negative. ACTION NEEDED: A waiver was submitted to DMCE to waive the remaining 5 RT samples required under the TCR. | ||
