| Details: | SUMMARY: System survey performed on April 23, 2009 DETAILS: Andrew reported that he had received a copy of the system survey. He intends to immediately begin working on all listed corrections. He noted specifically the he intends to immediately repair the vent on the well head. He also intends to install a raw water sample tap soon. They will take a raw water sample soon. ACTION NEEDED: Toward the end of summer, contact with the operator need to be made to ensure compliance with significant deficiencies reported in the system survey. | ||
