| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 5/4/09 Able to reach new owner on phone. This is a new restaurant that just opened and started quarterly samples. The positive result was due to a screen still being on the sample tap. 4 repeats were taken. We discussed the 5 routines that would need to be taken by the end of May. Letter sent to owner explaining process. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to ensure updated information is entered on line, monitor to ensure samples are submitted to the state. | ||
