Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 5/29/09 Jo Heim has been corresponding with the state and myself regarding the Administrative Order and Compliance Schedule for Rogue River Lodge. She appears to be the person handling water system issues now that the property is in escrow. I emailed her and told her that four repeat samples are required to be submitted within 24 hours of being notified for the positive sample. 6/1/09 It turns out that the positive sample from 5/26/09 is from the source and not the distribution system. At this point the state, per Daniel Hough, is not looking for a repeat sample at the source, instead a routine June source sample must be collected and reported by July 10th. Neilson Research has confirmed that system has submitted a June source sample. ACTION NEEDED: A routine source sample will need collected in July, with results submitted to the state by August 10
