| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample TC+ Positive DETAILS: Called the water system and talked to Rob Bundy and informed him of the TC+ Routine Sample. Rob indicated that he will be working with Doug Leehman on getting the problem resolved. The phone is currently out of service at the water system so direct contact with Doug was not made at this time. Also informed Rob that the UV system maintenance records should be checked to see when the unit was last cleaned and the bulb last replaced. ACTION NEEDED: Informed Rob Bundy that 4 repeat samples will need to be collected from the water system as soon as possible. | ||
