| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to taste & odor complaint DETAILS: Concerned resident and motel owner complaining of tap water smelling of mold, and receiving customer complaints. Emphasized a recurring summer complaint. I summarized that Seasides water is meeting all federal/state requirements, that an algae presence was occuring in the raw reservoir, and that toxin testing of raw/treated water indicated non-detect results. . She asked about boiling. I mentioned that boiling is not recommended with an algae presence. She had not contacted the City. ACTION NEEDED: None specifically at this time. Follow up with City to provide support in addressing taste & odor. | ||
