| Details: | SUMMARY: Raw sample results for Lafayette Springs DETAILS: Received results for a raw sample taken at Lafayette Springs on 8/5/09. Sample was positive for both total and e.coli coliform. Discussed steps City must take - valve off spring source until testing shows only total coliform. City must have lab remark the sample such that it is a special rather than a routine source. City is on track to take weekly raw samples until the springs are reconstructed. ACTION NEEDED: Continue sampling until either no coliform is detected or only total coliform is present. If results continue to show e.coli, then the source must continue to be valved off such that it doesnt enter the Citys distribution system. | ||
