| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I received a call from Neilson Research informing me that this system had submitted three repeat samples and asking me if the fourth had to be submitted the same day. I had not received the alert yet not heard from the operator but as per the OAR I did tell neilsons that all four repeats had to be submitted the same day…the alert came in this afternoon. I called Don Holland and left a message asking him to call me. I spoke with Don this afternoon and he had to make two trips to the lab but he brought the four repeat samples in today. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples submitted on June 22, 2009 negative for coliform per Neilson Research so five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in July. | ||
