Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Jason called today and informed me that a water sample collected was positive for coliform. This conversation took place before the alert was generated by the state. I explained the repeat sampling requirements and the five temporary routine requirements in July. He says that the chlorinator had stopped working and was repaired on June 26, 2009. 6-29-09 Alert 6375 (repeats) and alert 6379 (routine) were generated in that order. I spoke with Kim from Neilson Research who informed me that the samples on 6/25/09 were repeat samples and that corrective action likely already had taken place. I left message with Jason Federico. 6-30-09 I spoke with Martha and we set up a conference call of tomorrow that will include Jason. 7/1/09 I spoke with Martha and Jason on a conference call and we discussed the sequence and protocol of events regarding the recent positive sample. Martha says that she has been recording chlorine residuals daily index he shock chlorination and not reading greater than 4.0 ppm. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert
