| Details: | SUMMARY: Admin Order response DETAILS: John called to discuss his frustrations with the DWP process and the Tillamook County Planning process. I told him I cant get involved with the planning issues, as its not our responsibility. He said he would like to keep using the surface water source as irrigation water, and that the house to the south of the highway might still use it too. I went over the public water system definitions and talked about cross connection protection. He said that the Lund and Haugen properties are both on the same water right certificate, but not the property to the south. He does not know what they have, but thinks we should be the ones contacting them, not him. I also explained that the next step for him is to submit a site plan and plan review fee. If necessary, he can fill out "option 3" on the LUCS form and resolve the planning issues as we are moving forward. The planning dept had put something in the mail to him on Friday, so I suggested we talk again after he has a chance to read that. He seemed satisfied with how the conversation went. ACTION NEEDED: await plan review submittal, including planning approval. | ||
