| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Routine quarterly coliform sample taken 9/30/08. On 5/18/09 I called Jane Petke. She had already called the lab to see what was going on. The lab assured her that the sample was from the Suttle Lake Resort and that they would get it straightened out. But later in the week it was confirmed that the sample was from the church camp so I checked with James Nusrala to see what the appropriate follow up should be at this late date. On 5/29/09 James called to say the failure to submit repeat samples will be a violation but that no public notice is required and the requirement for 5 routines is waived. James also said that after the next quarterly coliform comes back good the system will return to compliance. I called Jane to let her know. ACTION NEEDED: None.
