Details:	SUMMARY: Surface water reporting DETAILS: The system sent reports to Yamhill County for trubidity and coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Yamhill County sent reports to Carrie Gentry at the state. System needs some follow up education on how to properly fill out documentation. Training will be performed at a future date when county performs a Sanitary Survey follow up visit in the near future.
