| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Phone conversation with Tara. Operator was not available for phone contact. Tara informed me that John Wright is aware of failed test and is working on repairs. Tara mentioned that the transmission line from the source to the treatment room had a ruptured pipe and was probably the cause of the problem. She will have John contact me when he is back from the system. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats ASAP | ||
