Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Phone call to discuss monitoring violation for failure to test for bacteria during the 2nd quarter of 2009. Mailed letter explaining the issue. Also discussed the public notice requirement in letter. I gave them a template to use. Sample will be taken the first week of September. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and sample for bacteria ASAP
