| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform reporting DETAILS: Missed 2nd quarter coliform. Spoke with Stella and she stated they just took a sample. Checked with Water Lab in Salem and they did take as sample July 3 but did not have a 2nd quarter sample. Called Stella to remind her to continue to take quarterly samples and need a nitrate sample before the end of the year. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly samples. | ||
