| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: 6/29 I spoke with Jason regarding the 6/25/coliform sample. I also spoke with Kim at Neilson Research who informed me that the 6/25/09 sample was a repeat sample and there had already been a routine sample collected on 6/23 that was positive for coliform. 7/1/09 Conference call with Jason and Martha and we discussed proper protocol for responding to positive coliform. I emailed Jason a public notice and informed them that five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in July. 7/6/09 four temporary routine samples were submitted to Neilson. 7/14/09 I called Jason and reminded him that one additional temporary routine sample was due in July. 7/21/09 An additional temporary routine sample was submitted to the lab per Neilson. ACTION NEEDED: One routine coliform needs to be submitted in the fourth quarter 2009 | ||
