| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 7/7/09 DETAILS: 7/9/09 I called Barbara and discussed the sample. She believes that sampling error was the cause. We discussed the protocol for collecting repeat samples. 7/14/09 Neilson research confirmed that four repeat samples were submitted and all tested negative for coliform ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in August. | ||
