Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 7/7/09 DETAILS: 7/9/09 Called Mr. Lee to remind him to take 4 repeat samples. He indicated that the lab had contacted him and the repeat samples had been scheduled. I also reminded him to take 5 temporary routine samples next month if all of the repeat samples are negative. He said that he understood. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeat samples & follow up if necessary. I will also contact Mr. Lee again in the near future to remind him to take lead & copper samples this summer.
