| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: 7/10/09 Steve called operator & left message to return his call. 7/13/09 Joel called operator & left message that they will be on quarterly sampling. Called later in the day and spoke with a receptionist. She said Mary out of town until July 15. I passed along the message that they will need to test quarterly for a year. I also asked if they could let this office know when they find out what is wrong with the Ion Exchange unit & to sample once it is repaired. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond if necessary. | ||
