Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic exceedence DETAILS: 7/8/09 sample exceeded MCL. 7/21/09 Alert issued. 7/22/09 The running annual average is 0.100ppm. The recent sampling history is not sufficient to demonstrate that arsenic levels are reliably and consistently below the MCl. System needs to continue with quarterly sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly arsenic sampling needs to continue. Next sample due fourth quarter 2009
