| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample date 7/1/09. 7/3/09 Norm Shaw emailed me concerning the positive sample. In the email he says that he is out of the area and that he will collect repeat samples when he returns. 7/6/09 I emailed Norm explaining that someone needs to collect repeat samples in his absence. He said repeats will be collected on 7/7/09.Alert issued 7/8/09 ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples need to be submitted to the lab. | ||
