| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Jim and he had received notice from Alexin Analytical Lab about sample taken 7/23/09. He had not realized the sample had been taken. He will take the required 4 samples to verify the sample. He also was aware of the need to take 5 routine samples the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 samples immediately, take five routine samples the month of August. | ||
