| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert July 30, 2009. I spoke with Russell on the phone July 31, 2009. He stated that four repeat samples were taken yesterday and submitted to Spring Street Analytical lab. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine water samples are required in August. If one or mote of the four repeat samples are positive , corrective action must be taken, (chlorination, etc.), public notice must be submitted and posted and four additional repeat samples must be taken. | ||
