| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to collect coliform DETAILS: 7/22/09 I called Jim and he is out until tomorrow. 7/23/09 I Spoke with Jim and he says that Hydroflo , the company he contracts with to collect samples was late. A third quarter July 2, 2009 sample has been collected. ACTION NEEDED: A quarterly coliform sample needs to be submitted. The next sample is due the fourth quarter of 2009 | ||
