| Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement action DETAILS: 4/23/08, 5/22/08 Initial contact and SNC investigation done. 7/22/08 Consulted with Russ about coliform detections. Russ mentioned they were considering drilling a new well as the current well is shallow and has construction/seal deficiencies. Enforcement issued by DHS 9/22/08. 10/3/08 System responds with compliance plan to rehabilitate the existing well to current standards. 10/15/08 Plan review approved by DHS. 12/15/08 Well repairs completed. 3/29/09 First quarter coliform sample negative. 7/22/09 Site visit for system survey. Well #L96410. 7/27/09 Received verification from Waterlab Salem that coliform sample taken on 7/22/09 was negative. System is now returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
