| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Called Steve Warila at 7:56am and left message. 7/21/09 3:00pm Patricio called and stated that he took the routine sample last week. The lab did not inform them until yesterday. Patricio reported that he had taken 4 repeat samples today, 7/21/09. He was informed of the requirement to take an additional 5 special-routine samples during August. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to review test results from pending water quality tests. | ||
